Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary, on the basis of the GDPR and the supplementary German data protection laws. Processing takes place only where the law permits it or where you have given consent.

03

Server logfiles

When this website is accessed, our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH temporarily stores technical data: IP address, date and time, requested resource, referer, user agent.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Retention: 14 days at most.

05

Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, an analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to measure how the site is used, for example which pages are opened and how long a visit lasts.

Analytics is loaded only after your explicit consent. Without consent, no cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. IP anonymization is active, so your IP address is truncated before any evaluation.

A transfer to Google LLC in the USA may take place. It is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, otherwise on the Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, reopen the cookie notice via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this page and withdraw your consent there. Processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful.

06

Appointment booking

We use Cal.com (Cal.com Inc., USA) for booking appointments. If you book, Cal.com processes the data you enter, usually name, email address and preferred time. Booking is voluntary; you can simply send an email instead.

The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). Here too, a transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

07

Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your information in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract is being prepared, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering you. Retention: until your request has been dealt with, 3 years at most, unless a statutory retention period requires longer.
